Getting To The Dominican Republic

A passport valid for 6 months from the date of arrival is required for every person

Visa Permits

Citizens of the following countries do not require a tourist visa: U.S.A, U.K, Canada, U.A.E, Thailand and Barbados.

Any person who can legally travel or reside in the United States, Canada and the European Union (including Great Britain) does not need a visa to visit the Dominican Republic for tourist purposes and can enter the Dominican Republic with a Tourist Card and a valid passport.

However, you will be required to purchase a tourist card on arrival which costs $10 USD. This card will allow you to stay in the Dominican Republic for 30 days.

Flights

Our wedding is set to take place in Punta Cana, Dominica Republic. The closest airport is Punta Cana International Airport. The airport code is PUJ.

For those arriving from the United States & Canada, the following airlines fly to Punta Cana: Delta, American Airlines, United, Southwest, JetBlue, Miami Air, Spirit, Frontier, Sun Country, Sunwing, Air Canada and Air Transat.

For our guests from Europe the following airlines serve Punta Cana: British Airways, Air France, Air Berlin, Air Caraibes, Edelweiss, Condor and Eurowings

Hotel Accommodations

All wedding activities will be held at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Punta Cana. Guests are therefore required to stay at this resort. The hotel has given us a discount rate for our wedding group. Please note that when booking a room, a $200 USD deposit is required at the time of booking. The final payment will be due upon check-in.
